Alhamdulillah.
Allah panjangkan umur boleh update blog lagi. Well today i'll try to write in English but intro only. Hehe. :D
Okay this time I'm gonna tell all of you how to make "AYAM GORENG LEMON"
This menu actually inspired me when I watch Chinese cooking show. They use wine but now we not gonna use wine because its totally HARRRRRAAAAMMM. Okay? Get it? Good!
When I watch this show I feel this food interesting. So the next 2 days after I watch the show I go to the "kedai runcit" boleh tahan dekat laa kalau kena kejar anjing 10 min sampai rumah kalau jalan lenggang kangkung mak limah about 20 min *nyotnyet2 tegur mak cik kedai lagi.
Okay because of at my "taman" hardly to find lemon. So terpaksalah pegi bandar semata nak cari lemon 2bijik. Balik tuu I prepare the ingredient to make the "ayam goreng lemon". So I start the war. And Alhamdulillah I successfully made it. Okay after that my family eat it and tell me "Haa baguslah lepas nii awak masak laa lagi" Me: "Haa? apa? Hmm.*pesal aku lagi kena masak*" Hahaha!
Now lets begin the cooking session.

Cara:
1) Ayam perap bersama lada sulah, lada hitam dan garam sedikit perahan lemon. *jangan habiskan sbb nnt nak guna lagi lemon tuu.
2) Tunggu beberapa minit pastu golekkan ayam tuu kat tepung dulu.
3) Next, rendam ayam dalam telur yang telah di pukul.
4) Lepastuu, golekkan ayam tadi ke serbuk roti yang ada parutan kulit lemon mana2 korang suka.
5) Masa proses membalut tuu korang pegi laaa panaskan minyak. Bila minyak dah panas boleh goreng ayam tuu.
6) Bila dah siap goreng boleh toskan ayam tuu. Kasik minyak tuu turun. *Kurangkan kolestrol.
7) Bila dah siap, perahkan sikit lemon pada ayam yang telah siap di goreng. *jangan banyak sangat nanti masam pulak ayam korang.
So siap dah!
